In the past ten years, David McCarty has helped Mississippi families and businesses seek justice before our Supreme Court, Court of Appeals, and the federal Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. David has more appeals experience than every other candidate combined. His years of experience have given him a solemn respect for the rule of law.

The foundation of David's candidacy is his experience. From clerking at the Mississippi Supreme Court when he finished law school, to working on dozens of appeals, and presenting over 30 oral arguments, he has the experience that we need on the Court of Appeals.
